4. Some parts of this site are only for WDC account holders (”Membership”). Access for membership can be declined for any reason as determined by WDC and cannot be appealed. Agreement must be made to the Additional Terms of Use for Practitioners when registering a membership account.
5. All of the materials in this site including the format and site descriptions are protected by U.S. copyright laws. For written permission to reproduce any item from this website, contact us. No copyrighted materials may be submitted or posted on this website without the written consent of the copyright owners.  Nor may any content from the site be copied, modified or re-distributed outside the site without the express written consent of WDC.
6. WDC may elect to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes shall be effective immediately. Your continuing use of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
7. Site Use and Availability: Site owners may pull part or all of the site at any time without notice for technical, legal or other reasons. We offer no guarantees as to the availability of the site. The site may become unavailable due to technical problems beyond our control. Operators make no claims or guarantees as to the suitability or compatibility of the site for any purpose. It is the user’s responsibility to make sure they have the required hardware, software & skill to use the site. Site operators make no guarantees about availability of any member submitted content.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE FOR PRACTITIONERS

By initiating and completing the practitioner account registration, I understand that any violation of any of the following items can result in the removal of my listing(s) without refund of payment and I may be further prohibited from re-registration with Wellness Destinations, LLC (hereinafter referred to as WDC).

Your use and continued use of this site indicates your agreement with the additional user policies outlined below.

1. I agree that at least 50% of my total business per location can be considered within the defines of alternative therapy or alternative medicine.
2. I agree that the business(es) listed by me are legitimate, reputable and in good standing. Furthermore I understand that Wellness Destinations, LLC is not responsible for verifying the status of my business or business licensure and that any claims I make regarding my business or business licensure is between me and my state, city and/or county.
3. I agree that no domain names (URLs) will be submitted in my FreeRide listing as my business name or address.
4. I agree that I will not falsify or violate any required state professional licensure in my listing. Furthermore I understand that Wellness Destinations, LLC is not responsible for verifying the status of my required professional licensure and that any claims I make regarding professional licensure are between me and my professional licensing board.
5. I understand that at this time WDC is available for registration of practitioners in the USA only.
6. I will not claim therapies that are not actually available at my location. If my therapy offerings change, it is my responsibility to update my WDC listing(s).
7. I understand that WDC reserves the right to decrease or increase the ad level fees with a 30 days advanced email notice to subscribers. I can choose to upgrade or downgrade my ad level accordingly by logging in and editing my account.
8. I agree that I am authorized as a sole proprietor or by my employer to list my business on WDC.
9. I agree to allow WDC to periodically contact me by email for site change announcements, upgrades and specials.
10. WDC may elect to modify these Additional Terms Of Use For Practitioners at any time, and such changes shall be effective immediately. Your continuing use of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Additional Terms of Use.
